This image is a demonstration of the signs of human figure and their design trajectory in parallel to the actual human activity. Selected examples of the signs we see in our daily lives are first outlined and broke down to compositions, then overlapped with the specific activities of which each signs originates from. The comparison seeks to map out how the calculated angles while creating signs could faithfully convey the pictorial idea to its viewers. In my research I was focusing on the dynamic of sign and its emotional trope. The inspiration came from sign language both in the streets and from the traffic police as part of our everyday scenes.
