This research brief describes the design and baseline data from the What’s On Your Kid’s Plate study, which will assess the impact of RI Eat Well Be Well program on parent-reported frequency of children’s fruit and vegetable consumption and measures related to the home food environment, eating behaviors, food parenting practices, and other factors influencing child dietary intake.
