I-V Curves for Cylinders Embedded in P3HT

Investgate the Current-Voltage curve of CdS/P3HT heterojunction. CdS is n-type semiconductor and P3HT is p-type semiconductor. Holes can move in P3HT via overlap pi bonds. Use MATLAB and heterojunction equation to simulate Current-Voltage of CdS/P3HT junction. Compare measurement and simulation of Current-Voltage of CdS/P3HT. Try to figure out the difference. Then use recombination to solve the deviation.
