On Random Groups: the Square Model at Density d<1/3 and as Quotients of Free Nilpotent Groups

We prove that random groups in the square model at density d<1/3 are residually finite, and that random groups in the density model are almost surely perfect. To do so we explore cubulation, different models of random groups, and nilpotent groups.
