The research analyze the production system of a multinational food company in the US. It focuses in particular on evaluating the production system as it was at the beginning of the research, and study the improvement related with the implementation of Lean approach. Some Lean Tools were used to complete the research such as DMAIC. A particular focus was put on the Training of the trainers.
